These terms are a contract between you and ObjectGraph LLC ("voov.ai", "we", "us") covering Catalyst — the web app at catalyst.voov.ai, the Catalyst iOS app, and this website. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. Catalyst is an early-access product: access may be gated by a waitlist, and features may change or be discontinued as it evolves.
You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your sign-in method and any credentials you store in Catalyst secure — activity under your account is your responsibility. One person per account.
You own what you bring and what you make: your messages, files, prompts, skills, workflows, mini apps, and memory. You grant us the limited license we need to operate the service — to store, process, transmit, and display your content back to you and to anyone you choose to share it with. We claim no other rights to it, and we don't train models on your content.
You're responsible for what you upload and create. Don't bring content you have no right to use.
Catalyst connects you to probabilistic models. Their output can be wrong, incomplete, biased, or confidently misleading — verify anything that matters before relying on it. Output is not professional advice of any kind (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). To the extent we hold any rights in output generated for you, we assign them to you; we can't guarantee output is unique to you or free of third-party claims.
If you add your own AI provider keys or connect your own services, those requests run under your accounts. You're responsible for the associated costs, for complying with each provider's terms, and for the consequences of connecting a service to Catalyst. We use stored credentials only to perform actions you initiate.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Model providers, tool servers you connect, databases you attach, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We're not responsible for their conduct, availability, or output.
We aim for reliability but offer no uptime guarantee during early access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features — or the service — with reasonable notice where practical. You can export your data at any time from My Data.
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, legal requirements, or risk to the service or other users. On termination we delete your content as described in the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ObjectGraph LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. You'll indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.
